Question 1: Who can enroll in CAR RAHAT courses?
Answer: This course has been developed for medical students as per their curriculum but is open to anyone in allied fields of health too. Please visit “Who can Enroll” page under the ‘Short Courses’ main tab for the eligibility criteria
Question 2: Do I have to register multiple times for every course?
Answer: You only have to register once, for each course you will get an option to click enroll, which enables you to start the course.
Question 3: Is there a fee to enroll?
Answer: All the courses are free of cost.
Question 4: Can I enrol in more than one course at a time?
Answer: Yes, you may enrol in multiple courses simultaneously. Progress in each course is tracked separately and may be aligned to your course curriculum.
Question 5: I did not receive a confirmation email after registering —- what should I do?
Answer: Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it after 15-20 minutes, contact the support team at learn.rahat@ccdcindia.org with your registered email ID.
Question 6: My email address isn’t being recognized, or I’m not getting the verification link- what should I do?
Answer: Double check that you entered your email correctly during registration. Verification emails can take a few minutes to arrive- check your spam/junk folder first. If it still doesn’t appear after 15-20 minutes, contact support at learn.rahat@ccdcindia.org with your registered email ID.
2. Course Access & Navigation
Question 1: How do I access course content after enrolling?
Answer: Log in with your student credentials, go to “My Courses,” and select the course you wish begin. Content typically loads module-by-module.
Question 2: Is the course self-paced, or are there fixed deadlines?
Answer: All the courses are self-paced.
Question 3: Can I access the course on my mobile phone?
Answer: Yes, the platform is accessible via mobile browsers.
Question 4: Will my progress be saved if I close the browser or lose internet connectivity?
Answer: Yes, progress is saved automatically as you complete each section. You can resume from where you left when you log back in.
Question 5: Can I revisit course material after completing the course?
Answer: Yes, participants can revisit the completed course and re-read the module content
3. Assessments & Certification
Question 1: Are there assessments or quizzes in the course?
Answer: Each course includes a scored pre and post-test assessments to assess knowledge before and after completing the course.
There are interactive quizzes and activities throughout the learning modules. These are designed to reinforce leaning and provide opportunities for practice and self-check. In addition,
Question 2: How many attempts do I get for assessments?
Answer: For pre-test, there is a single attempt and for the post-test, three attempts are allowed.
Question 3: Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Answer: Yes, a certificate of completion is issued once all required modules and assessments are completed. A 50% score is required to receive the certificate of completion.
Question 4: Can I get a certificate if I complete only part of the course?
Answer: No, unfortunately, certificates are issued only on completion of all mandatory modules and assessments.
4. Technical Support
Question 1: The videos or course content are not loading — what should I do?
Answer: Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support at learn.rahat@ccdcindia.org.
Question 2: I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Answer: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it via your registered email.
